Package contents

You will be provided with a .sppkg file, along with a secret key for your tenant. This will be done in a previously agreed upon secure way. Once you have the package, you may then follow the rest of the steps.

Deploy the package to app catalog

Configure the app (Floating Launcher)

After adding the web part to a SharePoint page, open its configuration panel to choose the chat experience (floating launcher or in-page panel), enter the chat title and your tenant's secret key, and, for the in-page panel, set the appropriate height in pixels.
