Step 1:  Login to the Customer Portal.

First Time Login Instructions: 

You will be able to log in to the Customer Portal using your standard MS Office365 or Slack Account.  

 

FOR OFFICE365: To log in, select the Continue with Microsoft Account button on the Customer Portal Homepage: https://portal.mebebot.com/ . Microsoft will prompt you to allow MeBeBot Portal to access information about you, like your email address and name. MeBeBot needs this information so we can see who you are and what company you belong to so we can authorize you to access your data in the MeBeBot Customer Portal. Press the “Accept” button. You are now logged into the MeBeBot Customer Portal! 

 

FOR SLACK: To log in, select the Continue with Slack button on the Customer Portal Homepage: https://portal.mebebot.com/ . You will be prompted to log in to your Slack Workspace. If you do not know how to log into Slack via your web browser, you can follow these simple instructions: . Remember to log in to your company’s Slack Workspace and not any other instances you may have joined in the past. Once logged into Slack, you will be prompted to allow the MeBeBot Customer Portal to access information about you, such as your email and name. MeBeBot needs this information so we can see who you are and what company you belong to so we can authorize you to access your data in the MeBeBot Customer Portal. Press the “Accept” button. You are now logged into the MeBeBot Customer Portal! 

 


Second Step:  Add Your Users and Assign Permissions


On the User Management Tab in the Customer Portal, you can Add the Portal Users who will have access to update MeBeBot employee Answers, send Push Messages and Pulse Surveys and access the employee Feedback. 

Specific Permissions have been created to allow Portal Users to have access to edit specific Locations, Categories and MeBeBot Features. 


MeBeBot Super Admin(s) will be in charge of Adding New Users, Deactivating Users, Setting Portal User Permissions and have editing ability in all countries and all Categories. 


IT Admin(s) will be in charge of assigning IT User(s) to update the IT Placeholders and Answers and will have access to the IT Admin Tab in the Portal and should have Teams or Slack Admin access.

Here is a list of the other types of Portal User Permissions:

Portal User: This is the most basic of Permission and gives a Portal User access to log into the MeBeBot Portal and view Placeholders and Questions. All Portal Users need additional Permissions for Categories and Countries Permissions so that they can edit All or Specific Countries and Categories included in the Customer Portal.

Push Message Editor: This allows access to edit, schedule and send Push Messages.

Survey Editor: This allows access to edit, schedule and send Pulse Surveys.

Feedback Manager: This allows Portal Users to view and update the Feedback Tab

User Manager: This Permission can give a Portal User access to Add/Disable/Edit other Portal Users Permissions

Specific Countries: Access to edit only Placeholders and Questions that are selected in the Permissions (US Only, Canada Only, etc.). 

All Categories: Access to edit all Placeholders and Questions in all Categories included in the Customer Portal.

Specific Categories: Access to edit only Placeholders and Questions that are selected in the Permissions (Benefits, Payroll, IT, etc) 

Manager ToolBot specific Permissions: 

Manager ToolBot - This Permission gives Portal Users access to all of the Manager ToolBot Feature - Manager Questions and Placeholders, Documents, etc.
Manager Resources Editor - This is tied to the Manager ToolBot and allows Portal Users to Enable and Edit the 
Manager Resources Questions
Documents Editor - This is tied to the Manager ToolBot and allows Portal Users to update and utilize the Documents section that is a piece of that Feature so you can ignore for now
