Once logged in to portal.mebebot.com, please have a look around the Customer Portal and start populating the specific countries' data following these steps:  


To start, navigate to the Placeholders tab under the your specific country (US, Mexico, Germany, etc.). Placeholders are like a "Mad Lib" (i.e. plugging in a keyword or phrase to a sentence) that can be updated very easily if changes occur. First step is to add any relevant Placeholders (URL's, Phone Numbers, etc...) that will be applicable for your specific country by simply clicking on the "+" on the top left of the Placeholders screen. 

**REMEMBER, you will only need to add any COUNTRY SPECIFIC Placeholders for information specific to your country, all Global Placeholders will be covered in the Global Section. For example, Company Name will only be needed under Global whereas many Benefits Placeholders will be country specific because they change depending on your location.  

On the side bar that will appear, you can view all available Placeholders, or you can search for a specific Placeholder that pertains to your specific country. 

Next, begin to populate your new Placeholders. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen for keyword(s) or the drop down to filter by Category


By clicking on the Placeholders Edit Icon: You can Enable/Disable a Placeholder, see a brief Description of the Placeholder, Edit the Current Placeholder and Schedule a Placeholder to update in at a future date/time.

Once you have Enabled and updated all applicable Placeholders, navigate to the Questions Tab under your specific country. There is a large knowledgebase of Questions that can be added to each country by simply clicking on the "+" on the top left of the Questions screen. On the side bar that will appear, you can view all addable Questions, or you can search for a specific Question that pertains your specific country. 

**REMEMBER, you will only need to add any COUNTRY SPECIFIC Questions, all Global Questions will be covered in the Global Section. For example, Medical Plan Overview will likely be dependent on the location whereas Company Policies is a Global Question.   


Questions can be searched by scrolling, using a Keyword or by filtering by specific Category.


On the Questions Edit Page (shown below): You can Enable/Disable a Question, see a brief     Description of the Question, Edit the Current Answer and Schedule an Answer for the future. When updating an Answer, if you make a mistake, just click on 'Reset to default' which can found by clicking the Tool icon.

  


To Schedule an Answer to Publish at a future date, click the “Add” button, update the Answer as desired, select a Date and Time for the Answer to Publish. Be sure to click SAVE after you have made your changes! If you change your mind about a Question, simply click on the red "Trash Can" icon on the bottom left corner or Disable the Question!


Once you have Enabled and updated all applicable Questions for your specific country you are ready to start Testing MeBeBot!
