MeBeBot's new Generative AI "Scan a Document" feature allows Super Admins the ability to scan an entire document (like an employee handbook)!

 

With the embedded and secure Gen AI functionality, it will provide you with multiple suggested replacement answers to review, edit, schedule as a draft or replace your current answers. The Gen AI will also notify the relevant content editors and alert them that they need to take action to update answers within MeBeBot.

 

The goal of this feature is to keep your content in MeBeBot updated instantly! When you make edits to policies, benefits, processes in your documents (or on your company Intranet, updates to answers in DEX can be made effortlessly!

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Use MeBeBot's AI Scanning Feature:


1. As the Super Admin, open MeBeBot and go to the Questions tab.


2. Choose the 'Scan a document' option in the upper right-hand corner.


3. Select the document from your computer that you wish to be scanned by the AI.


4. Specify the categories relevant to your document for which you want the AI to suggest answers.


5. Indicate the country that is relevant to your document.


6. Once all selections are made, initiate the scanning process by clicking on 'scan'.


7. Wait for a few minutes while the scan completes. 


8. After the scan is finished, check your email for a notification from MeBeBot.


Note: Anyone can also quickly view pending questions with Gen AI suggested answers that need their review by turning the filter on in the search bar of the questions page. A wand will appear next to the question title if a pending suggestion exists.




9. In the email, locate and click on the URL provided to access and review the suggested answers by the AI.


10. If needed, filter the suggestions by adding or removing categories using the dropdown menu.


11. To edit a specific suggestion, click on 'edit'.


12. Compare the current answer in your system with the AI's suggested answer.


13. You can choose to copy and paste the new suggestion directly or save it as a draft for later review or scheduling.


14. You may see previous AI Suggested drafts from documents that you may have scanned previously in one consolidated view.


15. Once you're satisfied with your edits and updates, save your changes.
