For customers who have Multilingual turned on to "hablas espanol" or to "parla italiano," your employees in Italian or Spanish-speaking countries can choose between English or their native language.  

Once enabled, current employees can reset their preferences (by typing "forget my information, change my language, change my country") and new users / employees to MeBeBot will now be prompted to select their language preference (English or Spanish / Italian or English).

How does this look in action?


Once enabled, new users will be prompted to select their language preference after selecting their location.




If users want to change their language preference, they can reset their preference by typing "change my language". Follow the prompts, to select their new preference, and then type "Hi" to initiate a new conversation flow.
