Super admins now have the ability to create custom tags. You can use tags to power your search experience within MeBeBot. You can assign questions and placeholders to your custom tags.

Note: Super admins need to create tags first before other users will be able to view this new feature.

Start by creating your tags:

To begin, navigate to the "Settings" tab in the MeBebot portal.

On the settings page you can view your current tags.

To add a new tag, select "Add". Enter the name of the tag in the field and select "Save".

##Pro Tip: We do not recommend naming tags after a specific person. We suggest creating tags for categories, roles, or time periods such as questions you review quarterly.

You can edit current tags by selecting "Edit". You can change the current name and select "Save" or delete the tag.

After creating your tags, you can search for questions and add them to your tags.

Start by navigating to the question page by selecting the "Question" tab.

Once on the question page enter a keyword to search for the questions you would like to assign to your tags.

Add a tag to a question by selecting the "Plus" icon.

Then select the tag you would like to add. You can select more than one tag per question.

Now that you have created your custom tags you can use them to more effectively search!

To power your search with custom tags, navigate to category or tags in the search bar.

Type or select the tag from the drop down.

Now you can view the questions mapped to your specific custom tag.
