This new feature allows companies to support employees who may not have corporate email access or the ability to use Slack, MS Teams, or SharePoint web chat. Employees can simply send their questions via SMS and receive answers directly on their mobile phones, ensuring everyone has easy access to the information they need, anytime and anywhere.
