The export feature in our data dashboard is designed to help customers gain valuable insights into the needs and behaviors of their employees. By using this feature, you can view aggregated data that reveals the types of questions being asked, their categories, locations, and frequency.
Steps to Export Data:
Access the Dashboard: Start by navigating to the home dashboard in your admin portal.
Select a Timeframe: Choose the specific timeframe you want to analyze. You can select a custom date range or opt to view data from the pre-set date intervals.
Click Export: After selecting your timeframe, simply click the "Export" button in the top right corner. This will download a CSV file containing the data.
What the Exported Data Includes:
Users and Answers Served per Channel: See how many users have engaged with the platform and the answers provided, broken down by the channel (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, SMS).
Top Total Questions Served & Unique Users per Country: Understand the most frequently asked questions and see how many unique users are asking questions in each country.
Top 5 Answers Served per Country: Get a snapshot of the most popular answers provided in each country.
Top 10 Answers Served Globally: View the most common answers served across all regions.
Total Questions by Category: Analyze the volume of questions by category to see which topics are most relevant to your employees.
Breakdown of Specific Answers Served by Category: Drill down into specific categories to see a detailed breakdown of answers provided.
