First Time Login Instructions:
You will be able to log in to the Customer Portal using your standard MS Office365 or Slack Account.
FOR OFFICE365: To log in, select the Continue with Microsoft Account button on the Customer Portal Homepage: https://portal.mebebot.com/ . Microsoft will prompt you to allow MeBeBot Portal to access information about you, like your email address and name. MeBeBot needs this information so we can see who you are and what company you belong to so we can authorize you to access your data in the MeBeBot Customer Portal. Press the “Accept” button. You are now logged into the MeBeBot Customer Portal!
FOR SLACK: To log in, select the Continue with Slack button on the Customer Portal Homepage: https://portal.mebebot.com/ . You will be prompted to log in to your Slack Workspace. If you do not know how to log into Slack via your web browser, you can follow these simple instructions: . Remember to log in to your company’s Slack Workspace and not any other instances you may have joined in the past. Once logged into Slack, you will be prompted to allow the MeBeBot Customer Portal to access information about you, such as your email and name. MeBeBot needs this information so we can see who you are and what company you belong to so we can authorize you to access your data in the MeBeBot Customer Portal. Press the “Accept” button.
