We are excited to introduce Ask MeBeBot, directly within Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Web Chat.
With Ask MeBeBot, employees can ask for "HELP" and explore several FAQ options that highlight the depth and breadth of content knowledge in the MeBeBot platform.
The help topics are randomly generated and showcase top questions asked of MeBeBot. Only enabled topics that are relevant to the employee's country will be shown. The employee can select a topic or ask for more options.
This enhancement will make it even easier for employees to get the help they need and drive more usage and adoption by your employees.
If you have multilingual turned on, employees can ask and receive help in their preferred language.
