Push Messaging in MeBeBot brings powerful communication capabilities directly to Slack and Microsoft Teams, making it easier than ever to engage with employees in the flow of work. 


With this feature, HR teams can send tailored, time-sensitive messages to specific groups or the entire workforce, ensuring critical updates like open enrollment reminders or policy changes are received and acted upon.

How to craft, save, or schedule a message to send:  


Push Message Editors can send a Push Message in Slack or Teams by selecting Push Messages from the left-hand navigation bar in the MeBeBot platform.


Then select Create Message.


You can select a pre-drafted MeBeBot message, or create your own template.


Use the formatting tools to craft your message. 

MS Teams User? You will have the option to select your font size (H1, H2, H3) and font color.


Once complete save your message as a draft to finish later or select next to schedule a time and date for the message to send and specify the employees to send the message too.


Saved drafts can be found later in the push message dashboard draft section. 


Scheduled messages can be found in the push message dashboard scheduled section until they have been sent.





How to Clone a prior scheduled or sent message: 


Clone Message feature, allows you to easily reuse and edit previously sent messages. Perfect for recurring communications like weekly new hire updates!


Simply select the Clone icon to the far right of the prior scheduled or sent message. The message will populate in a draft message for you to edit and save as a draft, or schedule to send.


 


Export Push Data report: 


Export a view of your Push Message data deliverability for a selected timeframe, viewing all messages sent, their delivery success, and more—all in one place.


On the home dashboard, select a timeframe for the slice of data you would like to review.


Select the Export icon in the top righthand corner of the home dashboard. From the drop down select push data.


This will download a CSV file.


Open the CSV file on your computer to view the data.
