This guide walks you through the process of editing and maintaining your content within the MeBeBot platform. Learn how to refine content for specific countries, utilize formatting tools, and schedule future updates to keep your information accurate and up-to-date.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Questions Tab
- Navigate to the Questions Tab from the main dashboard.
- If your organization operates in multiple countries, select the specific Country Focus you wish to review and edit.
- For example: If you need to edit U.S. specific content, switch to the U.S. Country Focus.
- If your organization is U.S. only, you will have the US only edit permissions and the platform will default to the US country focus.
Select Search Criteria
- Use the search bar to narrow down the content you want to edit by typing in keywords or selecting specific categories.
- Review the answers displayed based on your search criteria:
- Global Icon: Indicates the answer is using a global template.
- No Icon: Indicates the answer is specific to the selected country focus.
- Edit an Answer
- Click the Edit button next to the question you want to modify.
- In the edit window:
- View the current answer.
- Make updates directly in the text box.
- Use the formatting tools to:
- Add hyperlinks.
- Apply bold or italic text.
- Insert bullet points or numbered lists to organize information.
Schedule Future Answers
- Use the Draft Answer feature to schedule future content changes:
- Retain the current answer until the designated date and time.
- Replace it automatically with your updated, scheduled answer.

Save Changes
- Once edits are complete, click Save to finalize your updates.
View Answers by Country
- If your organization operates globally, click See More Details to view the answers for the same question across other country-specific focus modes.
Tips for Success
- Always confirm your Country Focus before making edits to ensure accuracy.
- Use formatting tools to make content easier for employees to read and navigate.
- Regularly review and update your content to keep it relevant and aligned with employee needs.
